Ivan and his assistant were here on time and handled the project of installing a new water heater perfectly. They hauled away the old water heater and all discarded old parts and left everything clean. Very satisfied!

Our water heater was overdue for a replacement. It sits in a very hard to get to and inconvenient location found in the crawl space. Zahari and Tony came out to the job promptly and worked both professionally and diligently to replace it. They went above and beyond given the uncomfortable location and provided detailed explanations along the way. I truly appreciate all of their honesty, help, and expertise. I had a broken water line in the front yard. I contacted two previous plumbers, one of which we have a emergency service contract with. After saying they would be here and confirmed prior they were no shows. Emergency plumbers had someone at my house on a Sunday afternoon within 2 hours of my call. Very professional and reasonable rates. I'm passing their info to everybody I know.

The technician was supposed to be off early today but stayed on to do some emergency calls today. He didn’t leave my house until 9:30 pm. I am very satisfied with the service that I received. I will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a plumber.

I discovered I had a bad leak outside after I saw my $611 water bill! I tried one of NextDoor’s recommended plumbers on Saturday but they couldn’t come out til Sunday. Then I called Emergency Plumbers around 3:30p, worrying if someone could come out and find and fix the leak before dark. Milen came out within the hour and pinpointed the area he thought it was, and he was right on the money! He had to dig down 2 ft to find the pipe with leak, and after making sure it was the right spot (after he turned water back on and we saw a big fountain spray (!!), he removed and then replaced the leaking part. He was at our house for over 3 hours and working in the dark with lights, but got it done and cleaned up all the mud and dirt when he was done, and the price was exactly what he told me it would be. I will definitely use Emergency/Urgent Plumbers again. Oh, and in spite of the name, they do all plumbing, not just urgent or emergencies.

Antone was super knowledgable and very personable. Came on time and was able to pinpoint the location of leak for further evaluation. Great company!
