Martin and his team at Emerald Isle did a fantastic job managing the restoration of our condo! We had multiple leaks in the upstairs bathrooms that caused significant water damage to bathrooms and the kitchen down below. It was a sizable job, but Emerald Isle was up to the task. They got the place dried out quickly & professionally, and kept me updated consistently with their progress. Everything was put back good as new, with top-notch workmanship. They did an excellent job communicating with our insurance company to make sure all the damage got covered. I highly recommend them for restoration projects. They are a great resource!

I will be using them for my flooring needs from now on. I called them to clean the concrete floors at my business and they did a fantastic job. I called again to have them come to my residence. They were fast in getting back to me, showed up when they said they would, took the amount of time they said to do the job and were very professional and pleasant. I called Martin with a carpet emergency after 5pm and he had someone out the next day. They handled the spill in my daughters room and did the rest of my carpets. When I tell you they look brand new I'm not exaggerating. They dried quickly and feel amazing. I won't ever use anyone else!

They even moved my furniture around to ensure they cleaned every inch of the carpeted rooms, which I didn’t expect at all but greatly appreciated. We had our industrial carpeting cleaned and our linoleum floor refinished in the church building for the first time in 20 years. The floors looked practically new after. Fantastic job, nice friendly staff, and reasonably priced. They worked efficiently and took great care to move all the furniture around for us. We were very pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend it to others.

They scheduled soon after my initial call, showed up on time and did a great job for what I thought was a very reasonable price, despite the tough carpet grease stains. I felt the cleaning guy, who I think is the owner, was very personable but efficient and I will certainly call him again for my next job.
