Highly recommend renting beach gear from Roger and Emerald Coast Premier Rentals. The booking process was super simple and the customer service was top notch! All our gear was delivered right to our doorstep and was amazing quality. The beach carts made lugging everything to/from the beach super easy. Will definitely be renting again!

Emerald Coast Premier Rentals made having beach gear on our vacation super easy. We couldn’t fit all the beach chairs and boogie boards in our vehicle for our trip, so we rented from Emerald Coast and they were great. They brought what we rented to our AirBnB and picked up at our convenience. They also did a lot of communication by text which made it easy to communicate on our schedule. Prices were also very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone needing beach equipment on vacation!

Roger & Max went above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome family beach bonfire. They recommended a great pizza place (Pizza by the Sea) not far from our beach location (we received 10% off just by mentioning ECPR). We were doing Family Beach Pictures at the same spot which worked out wonderful to include the Bonfire setup in our pictures. Max did a wonderful job keeping the fire going strong & making sure we had everything we needed! Customer service at it's finest! Roger at ECPR went way above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome family beach bonfire including keeping it a secret so that I could surprise my whole family. Even though the weather refused to cooperate we still had a great time. All the ingredients for s'mores, our favorite soft drinks and water in a cooler, 5 chairs with side tables, tiki torches, a Bluetooth speaker and corn hole boards set up and ready to play were all included in our package. Roger even set up umbrellas over our chairs due to the light rain and wind and had everything ready when we arrived. From keeping the fire going strong to taking some pictures for us, we never had to ask for anything! Customer service at it's finest!! Thanks a million Roger!!

Great golf cart rental experience! The owner, Roger, was very personable and made himself available if we had questions. This is a family owed business and you could tell they sincerely care about their customers. Over our two week rental with the golf cart we received several positive comments. We even had an employee of another local cart rental business comment on how nice the cart was due to the front seat being adjustable and it being equipped with side LED lights for visibility during nighttime driving. I will definitely rent from Roger again and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality golf cart rental.

Had the most wonderful experience. The golf cart was amazing and my kids loved riding it and listening to the music. The day at the beach with the chairs and umbrellas was fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone.

I don't know where to begin!? Roger was absolutely a pleasure to work with! He took time with us to make sure we were comfortable with all the ins/outs of the golf cart. During the week I had a few questions & he ALWAYS answered my texts or calls promptly! Emerald Coast Premier Rentals goes above and beyond!! Roger was super accommodating and worked with us to schedule drop off and pick up around our schedule and location. When he arrived, he was so friendly and genuine even taking the time to talk to us and share his story. When we experienced some issues with our condo, Roger exceeded our expectations even further when he went above and beyond to help us out and provided much needed coolers and ice within an hour of contacting him. He was an absolute life saver and made our trip to Destin even better! The chairs and umbrellas provided were in great condition, clean and far more affordable than other options!! We will absolutely rent from Emerald Coast Premier Rentals in the future and share our reco with family and friends!
