From the moment we booked, their service was top-tier. ​The team was incredibly detail-oriented, even providing the accurate sunset time so we could perfectly schedule the surprise! Knowing I was pressed for time, they showed up and ABSOLUTELY DELIVERED on a swift, efficient setup. ​The most amazing part was watching one single person set up everything—the tables, chairs, and the incredible fire pit. He was fast, professional, and the whole arrangement looked stunning. The fire kept us warm all evening, and it was hands down the best one on the beach, easily surpassing two others nearby. ​To top it all off, we accidentally forgot a bag, and they promptly reached out to coordinate the pickup. That level of honesty and superior service is rare. If you need premier, reliable, and exceptional rental service, look no further. Hands down, they are the best!

We contracted with Emerald Coast Premier Rentals for a bonfire and they absolutely delivered. The service provided was white-glove style, which definitely set them apart from their competitors. We absolutely will book with them again on our next visit.

We rented a cart from Emerald for the Soundwave Music Festival! Loved it! Roger was so accommodating and easy to work with. Delivery and pick up of the cart was flawless. Communication was frequent. Highly recommend!

We visited Miramar recently and had a private beach access in Gulf Pines. They do not allow tents or canopies so we decided to rent umbrellas and chairs. Emerald Coast Premier Rentals was very easy to work with. We booked through the website and called to confirm everything. Our gear was delivered by 8pm on the night we arrived. All Tommy Bahama equipment and in perfect condition. We stayed in late July and it still looked new (I assume they replace seasonally). During our week, one of the chairs broke. I called from the beach and they met me at the beach access 15min later with a replacement. That is INCREDIBLE service!!!! Thank you Roger and crew! We will certainly utilize your service again.

Easy 5 Stars Roger is the man. He went the extra mile to make a bonfire happen for our group on a holiday weekend. The setup was clean and high-end. Will absolutely book again when the occasion arises.

Roger and his son provided an amazing experience for us! We were in 30a for my bachelorette and wanted to do a bonfire, I was nervous as a lot of companies had hit or miss reviews but Roger o my had great reviews. He was super communicative from the jump, helped find a spot for us as we were staying on a private beach and you can’t have a bonfire on private beach. The setup was so cool, from the speaker, to the snores, to the cornhole, and the view and spot Roger and his son picked for us was stunning. Roger brought a few surprises after we talked about the group of girls joining and we had the best time, he took a ton of photos and drone footage for us as well. Truly 5 star experience and will be booking him again in the future.

Renting a golf cart in Destin just adds to your experience! We rented a home with several families with a wide age band. Everyone utilized the cart for a quick trip to the grocery store, grabbing a coffee or a trip to the Beach. The cart was roomy and the Bluetooth was an unexpected plus! It didn’t take long to charge the cart and we had hours of fun! Emerald Coast Premier has touch notch service with prompt communication, a drop off and pick up service to your rental and great prices. Thanks again, Roger! We’ll use your service on our next trip!

Words alone can no express my gratitude and satisfaction we had with our experience renting with Emerald Coast. We rented a 6 passenger electric golf cart that worked like a charm. Got up to speed quickly, sound system was great and we felt safe driving it. Roger was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, polite and punctual. He even got our cart a couple hours earlier because it was available. We would highly recommend renting with emerald coast and can’t wait for our next visit.
