Great golf cart rental experience! The owner, Roger, was very personable and made himself available if we had questions. This is a family owed business and you could tell they sincerely care about their customers. Over our two week rental with the golf cart we received several positive comments. We even had an employee of another local cart rental business comment on how nice the cart was due to the front seat being adjustable and it being equipped with side LED lights for visibility during nighttime driving. I will definitely rent from Roger again and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality golf cart rental.

This company was great, and we loved having the option to rent beach games as well! 14 adults all flying in and they made getting our gear a breeze even when I had to adjust my drop off date it was no issue.

Roger at ECPR went way above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome family beach bonfire including keeping it a secret so that I could surprise my whole family. Even though the weather refused to cooperate we still had a great time. All the ingredients for s'mores, our favorite soft drinks and water in a cooler, 5 chairs with side tables, tiki torches, a Bluetooth speaker and corn hole boards set up and ready to play were all included in our package. Roger even set up umbrellas over our chairs due to the light rain and wind and had everything ready when we arrived. From keeping the fire going strong to taking some pictures for us, we never had to ask for anything! Customer service at it's finest!! Thanks a million Roger!!

Roger, owner and operator, is the best! The wagon, high boy beach chairs, and umbrella were clean and in great shape! The contactless delivery and pick up were an added bonus as we slept in . They were always right on time! Roger even gave us an extra day free of charge when we extended our beach stay! Once again a great experience with Roger and his company. He is the one to rent from for your beach gear.

Emerald Coast Premier Rentals goes above and beyond!! Roger was super accommodating and worked with us to schedule drop off and pick up around our schedule and location. When he arrived, he was so friendly and genuine even taking the time to talk to us and share his story. When we experienced some issues with our condo, Roger exceeded our expectations even further when he went above and beyond to help us out and provided much needed coolers and ice within an hour of contacting him. He was an absolute life saver and made our trip to Destin even better! The chairs and umbrellas provided were in great condition, clean and far more affordable than other options!! We will absolutely rent from Emerald Coast Premier Rentals in the future and share our reco with family and friends!

Gear, service + the extra mile: Roger and his team at Emerald Coast provided the promised quality beach gear for our family reunion. Everything worked great, but what made them special was the communication to ensure delivery and pick up of the gear at a convenient time. Plus Roger took time to provide us with local recommendations and insights.

Roger and his team were super responsive with our order, and even dropped off a couple more chairs when we needed them. They brought everything we needed right to our hotel room. Equipment was all clean and top notch. Will absolutely use Emerald Coast next time we are in Destin! Easy 5 star rating!

Had the most wonderful experience. The golf cart was amazing and my kids loved riding it and listening to the music. The day at the beach with the chairs and umbrellas was fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone.
