Emerald Broadband

Excellent local company offering no contract high speed Internet. We switched a couple of years back and have been really happy with them. The connection is way faster and more reliable than what we had before with comcast, and we like supporting the local company.

I absolutely LOVE this internet. It is so fast and dependable. They give great options of plans and price points to fit your needs when it comes to service. I recommend Emerald Broadband to EVERYONE. I hope that they are able to expand further into Eugene. Hands down the best customer service and internet service I’ve had when it comes to dealing with internet service providers. Great job!

Super shady billing practices , never agreed to auto pay but they debit my card every month without me every agreeing to a date , ect sloppy install at my house didnt even both to sweep up ,I went back to comcast because Tristin , the customer service manager, really is terrible. If you were so comfortable debiting my account without permisson, why didn't you feel comfortable doing that after I closed service instead of sending me to collections?

Tristin was incredibly helpful answering any questions about swapping to EB from one of the “big guys”and making the decision that much easier! Installation was seamless, the crew were skilled and efficient. And you cannot beat the referral system!

What a great experience yesterday getting our fiber installation with Emerald Broadband! Line drop crew arrived on time and were swift getting the line connected to our house. Inside install wasn't scheduled until Friday, but there was a break in the installers schedule enabling the project to all be completed the same day! I was up and running w/speed double of what I was paying T-Mobile at half the price...kudos to this business that clearly aims for customer satisfaction. With My "Wisdom" discount I'm saving $30 a mo. for their lowest pkg. (200mbps, although I am getting over 300) w/a more reliable connection! All technicians were polite and courteous, especially Oscar who made final adjustments for the best result. If you live in the River Road, Whiteaker, West Lane, or recently South University areas, check it out. You are likely paying too much for too little if you don't!

I started service with Emerald late last year and they have been fantastic. The install process was very easy, and the technician was very nice, professional and accommodating (as have been everyone else I've talked to there). The service itself is rock solid - no drops in connection, consistent speeds, and the speed is at the advertised rate. I'm paying less than I was at Xfinity, but getting more - upload speed that matches download and, best of all, no data caps and/or overage charges. I'm very happy Emerald was available in my neighborhood.
