Emerald Broadband has been incredible; they are very friendly and genuinely helpful. You can see how much they care with the time they take to answer questions! It's nice to see a company truly care about the community and be so involved.

Super shady billing practices , never agreed to auto pay but they debit my card every month without me every agreeing to a date , ect sloppy install at my house didnt even both to sweep up ,I went back to comcast because Tristin , the customer service manager, really is terrible. If you were so comfortable debiting my account without permisson, why didn't you feel comfortable doing that after I closed service instead of sending me to collections?
