New Emerald Bay Massage fantastic massage

I was having some pain in my sciatic nerve area and was having a really hard time getting in to any other massage place on such sort notice. I decided to try Emerald Bay Massage. I walked in, was met by CiCi, who was really nice and friendly. She took me right back and gave me an outstanding massage. I will definitely be using them again!

Massage was good. I tipped 30%. She looked me dead in the eyes and asked for a bigger tip. Nothing special. Just a decent massage. The audacity of this staff is nuts to me. Update: This was my second time here. With 2 different providers. Both asked for a larger tip. They are either trained to do this by the bussiness or its a workplace culture thing.

Worst experience and didn’t even get to the place of business for any services. My daughter was blamed for missing our appointments due to the person taking the call making the mistake. My daughter was sent a rude and condescending text message and then immediately blocked to call the salon to discuss the matter. Horrible customer service to paying customers.

It’s been very easy to schedule appointments, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. There’s little to no wait time, and the environment is exactly what I needed—very clean, low lighting, relaxing music, and a comfortable temperature. I especially appreciate that there is little to no scent in the building, which is important for me due to health sensitivities to fragrances. The massage room and table are both comfortable, and the massages I’ve received have been relaxing and genuinely helpful. The massage therapist has been consistently respectful and professional throughout each session. I’ve always felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The pricing is very reasonable, and I plan to return as needed. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent place, with a very professional, respectful, and caring staff. Over the past four years, I've had five different massage therapists at this location, since some have since left, and each of them are wonderful! They each have paid attention to what specific modality and sore spots that I had and tailored the service to what I needed at that particular session. The manager, Amy, is very responsive and she goes above-and-beyond to accommodate specific days and times with specific therapists. I highly recommend this place!

Due to a vehicle accident when I was 16, I have averaged a massage twice a month for 38 years. As you can imagine, I've searched for the best places to go. Emerald Bay is one of the best places I've ever been to. All of the ladies that work there are amazing. They are all professional and are always wanting to do the best job for their clients. The store is always clean and comfortable. I am always referring my family and friends to Emerald Bay. Likewise, I would whole hearted suggest anyone who wants an amazing massage, try Emerald Bay. I currently receive a 2 hour massage every week and have no desire to go anywhere else.
