I don’t get massages often—only a couple over the past 20 years—but I decided to try Emerald Bay Massage Fantastic Massage within the last month, and I’m so glad I did. It’s been very easy to schedule appointments, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. There’s little to no wait time, and the environment is exactly what I needed—very clean, low lighting, relaxing music, and a comfortable temperature. I especially appreciate that there is little to no scent in the building, which is important for me due to health sensitivities to fragrances. The massage room and table are both comfortable, and the massages I’ve received have been relaxing and genuinely helpful. The massage therapist has been consistently respectful and professional throughout each session. I’ve always felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The pricing is very reasonable, and I plan to return as needed. Highly recommend!

Due to a vehicle accident when I was 16, I have averaged a massage twice a month for 38 years. As you can imagine, I've searched for the best places to go. Emerald Bay is one of the best places I've ever been to. All of the ladies that work there are amazing. They are all professional and are always wanting to do the best job for their clients. The store is always clean and comfortable. I am always referring my family and friends to Emerald Bay. Likewise, I would whole hearted suggest anyone who wants an amazing massage, try Emerald Bay. I currently receive a 2 hour massage every week and have no desire to go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Emerald Bay Massage for around the past 5 months at the recommendation of a friend. I started coming due to back pain, which was taken care of my the great masseuses there (thank you Tina). The atmosphere is great. It is generally quiet except for the music playing, and not of a lot of chatter or walking in and out of the room like at some other places. Making appointments or walk-ins have been easy and convenient. This is my go-to place for a massage and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been to Emerald Bay Massage for many massage sessions. I’ve had massages from 3 different masseuses at Emerald Bay. They all have their own unique techniques and I always walk out feeling so relaxed and healed of any soreness or pain. I first went there with lower back pain they got me in without an appointment and I could actually walk straight after. That really struck me how caring and willing to help a customer in pain. And I will always trust and continue to use Emerald Bay for my massage work. They really know how to navigate and find your sore points and work them out. These ladies work so hard and always care about your needs. Thank you so much to all the masseuses and thank you for always caring and helping me. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Keep up the good work ladies. You are all magicians in your field of work.

MUST READ! Massage was mediocre, when I went to tip her as I am writing 25$ (it was 140$ for 2 people) she smacked my hand and said “for 2 people for 2 people” she proceeded to tell me to tip more over and over until I finally changed the 25 to a 35 and walked out. Not okay especially considering 25$ was already a 18% tip.

I’ve been coming here for years and they do such a great job! The prices are great and they are so kind. They have even given us New Years gifts! All of the masseuses have been good, have not had a bad massage yet!
