My rental car broke down in Evansville and dealing with Budget roadside assistance to get the car towed and replacement car to me, took a full 24 hours. After spending 18 of the 24 hours on the phone with Budget roadside assistance I was finally assigned a tow with Nick Embry’s tow company. He picked up the broken down car after finally getting the paperwork from Budget Roadside assistance. They had given him directions to a place to drop off the car that was going to be closed until Monday morning (it was Saturday morning now as the car failure occurred on Friday morning). He worked with me via phone calls and text messages and he agreed to return the car to the Evansville airport Budget car rental location. I met him there and took back the keys to the car so that I could get the replacement car. Without Nick Embry and his willingness to help and quick thinking, I fear I would have been stranded in Evansville until Monday. I successfully made it to Indianapolis to catch my flight home. Thank you Nick Embry for going above and beyond.

They came when the call came in for my car needing to be towed. The truck driver was very friendly and explained to us how the pricing for the tow and where they would have to take it. Every time I called...they was very polite and explained it well. Even offered to fix it. Going in the business it’s self...Nick was cooperative and explained everything to me as well. Embrys overall is a very good company to contact if you ever need any roadside assistance. Quick and polite. 10/10 recommendation
