They’re the best!!!! They were so good to my daughter.. Her teeth look wonderful.. if they was a way I would post before and after pictures of her.. Everone that works there is extremely nicely and polite.. I would recommend anyone that needed braces to them.. 5 Stars for sure..:)

We have truly enjoyed our time at Embrace Orthodontics in Commerce. Everyone is so pleasant and always helpful. My daughter’s teeth look amazing and she has the best smile ever.

I do not recommend. Poor communication. I paid for everything upfront. I had problems with them finishing my treatment. I still had spaces in my teeth. I scanned for Invisalign after my braces were off for touch it. They call me a week and a half later saying they didn’t order them. They told me they had a new doctor and he saw my treatment differently. I didn’t get notified about that until 11 days later. They said they forgot to send me a email. They made a temporary retainer in the office. It has been scraping my tongue. I thought it would be temporary but they didn’t order my Invisalign. Now I have to drive over a hour to finish my treatment with another doctor. Needless to say find you someone else.

Update: after leaving the previous 2 star review, the office administrator called and opened up their schedule for the bracket repairs my son needed. I had rescheduled it 2x prior because of major family emergencies that we had to leave the state for and another time because my husband's car was being repaired, and we were having to share a vehicle....hard times for us~! I am grateful for them opening up their schedule for the bracket repair and they went ahead and did the full adjustment while they were at it. Therefore I am changing my 2 star review to a 5 star review because the office admin handled the situation so promptly and professionally. My son was happy with his adjustment and we are back on track and schedule for regular maintenance. Original review: The staff here is friendly and the pricing here is good however the scheduling is horrible they stay booked out even when your child has broken brackets and issues that need to be addressed with the braces. I don't like to write bad reviews but I do like to warn fellow working parents who are spending thousands of dollars on their product that scheduling will be an issue And they do not consider broken brackets an issue that they will open their schedule up for so you may have to wait 2 months to get any repair work done on the braces regardless of the fact that you're spending thousands of dollars on them

Everybody is so sweet. I needed an adjustment and they got me in within just a couple of hours and then I was in and out in no time. Very pleased that I chose this place to do my dental work

Dr. Jones and his staff are amazing! He made my children feel right at home with his warm smile and kindness. They actually love coming to see the orthodontist! His new office is absolutely stunning. We have been telling all of friends and family about his practice. I highly recommend you schedule your appointments as soon as possible because I have a feeling he will be very busy in the months and years to come. :)

My son is scheduled to get braces here next week. It's no easy task to decide to spend a large sum of money, and I know over the past two months I have called 8 or 9 different times with questions about payment, insurance, the process, as well as forgetting appointments and confirming again and again. The staff has been absolutely kind and helpful every step of the way. They remember me and my child, as well as my name, which helps patients feel they are not just another client or number on a waiting list. They have amazing options for payment and the Dentist we saw was just a pretty cool dude who put my rather shy and awkward teen son at ease. Definitely recommend.

Some may say traveling a little over an hour is extreme to receive Orthodontic service, but when your Orthodontist has a heart of gold, the time traveling is worth it. I followed Dr. Jones after being treated under another company. When I heard he opened his own practice, I googled him and decided to have my son get treated by him. Dr. Jones is kind and caring. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The facility is bright and clean. My son had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to having all of my children see Dr. Jones at Jones Orthodontics.

I thought this office was gonna be good orthodontics but i’ve had multiple issues. As someone who works in dentistry I watch carefully what the assistance do, i’ve had to tell an assist she needs to etch and bond a bumper and she didn’t do it. The next day it came out. Not properly placing power chains causing a gap in multiple teeth. I can keep going on but i’m just ready to get out of these braces and leave this practice.
