Ellie Mental Health

I contacted Ellie Mental Health for a consultation, and requested a disability accommodation of scheduling the consultation online or through email, after completing their online request for a consultation. My accommodation request was simply related to scheduling the consultation, not for the consultation itself. They refused to provide any accommodation due to their internal policies, not due to regulatory requirements. This business is inaccessible for people with disabilities who may need reasonable accommodations.

Rating for clinic director who could not even get back to my providers emails let alone my calls.
