The relaxation/treatment rooms aren't very flattering.
No pictures on walls, no calming effect, and calming music was hardly on. You could also hear next person in other room chatting away. For $95 for 1 hour you'd expect more attention to detail, calmness and serenity. Possibly a herbal tea afterwards.

Outstanding facial by a friendly professional lady.
It was very relaxing, and my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards.
Highly recommended.
