I had my septic back up into my basement Friday night and called Tom the following morning. He answered and spoke to him directly. He had a full schedule but figured out a way to fit me in. He was able to diagnose the problem (which were several) and address the more immediate one right away and make plans to correct the bigger problem but were able to use the system now. Highly recommend.

Thomas has been a wonderful person to work with this summer as we were preparing our house to sell. He did an inspection of our system and made the needed repairs/updates to bring everything into county compliance. We will miss him dearly and can’t thank him enough for his hard work and professionalism.

We've used Tom with Elizabeth Septic several times now. He is our go-to guy for anything drain and septic-related. We had some backup issues in our basement bathroom, and he came and used a septic line snake camera thing right away. We found a blockage and some eroded pipe issues. He did such an amazing job jackhammering up the concrete and making the repairs. He restored everything to how it was with concrete repair and carpet afterward. The job went smoothly and quickly. I wish I could find my pictures. The best part, he was extremely affordable. So much so, we paid him extra. It was a huge job after all! I HIGHLY recommend Tom and Elizabeth Septic!
