Elizabeth Lake Service Center

I received outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they fixed my muffler issue quickly and correctly. They even offered me something to eat while they were ordering lunch, which really showed their hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

they added 6 qts of oil instead of the needed 4.3 qts. because of this, my vehicle was damaged. i called to inform them of this, they said it is new management, and there's nothing they could do. they were dismissive, and implied i added the remaining 1.7 qts myself. i understand why they couldn't do anything, but the customer service was not good. only after i wrote the review they have offered to "fix" the issue, in the comments. but i don't trust them working on my vehicle.

5 Stars I had an excellent experience at Elizabeth Lake Service Center! They did a fantastic job fixing my car—everything runs smoothly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain what needed to be done without any pressure. It’s great to find an auto shop you can really trust. Highly recommend!

Great Shop! Took time to explain what was wrong, showed me parts that were replaced and explained where the leak was coming from. Looks like i found my new service shop .
