We offer 1-on-1 and small group training sessions tailored to each individual's needs—whether you're just getting started or ready to get back into a routine. Sessions are held at our studio in Kannapolis or offered through our mobile training option, bringing fitness directly to your home or community.

I’ve been training with Eliz for the past several months, and I have seen significant progress in my strength and endurance thanks to her guidance and support. Every workout is personalized to help me achieve my fitness goals. The atmosphere in our classes is fun, friendly, and motivating, making it easy to stay consistent with my workouts each week. Also, as a woman, I highly recommend Eliz if you’re looking for a person who truly cares about your fitness journey and understands the female body and maternity changes, and offers a personalized approach.

Eliz is an excellent professional. She's very attentive and detail-oriented. She provides personalized workouts tailored to my needs and goals, and also helps me with my diet. It is the perfect combo. I’m loving taking classes with her.
