Unfortunately, I had a poor experience at my appointment today. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 PM, and by 2:50 PM I had still not been seen. After I brought this to staff’s attention, a practitioner came in about 15 minutes later and explained there had been complications with another patient. While I understand that unexpected situations happen, the lack of communication was disappointing. No one checked in to update me about the delay or let me know the wait would be significantly longer than expected. Had I not spoken up, it seems like I would have continued to wait without any explanation which shows an overall lack of consideration. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue. I hope the facility reviews its scheduling and communication practices to improve the patient experience.

This clinic use to be one of the best, I’m not sure what happened but it is by far not what I remembered it to be. My experience was horrible. My first appointment I waited over two hours to be seen and when I was seen it was a rushed appointment. No vitals were done no notes were taken and no blood was drawn despite me being pregnant. No one explained their findings to me I was gave another appointment and pushed out the door, despite being pregnant there was no blood work done. During my second appointment she couldn’t remember her findings previously because she did not document what she saw. I witnessed her go in to the hallways and ask her team if this is what she saw at my last visit and they told her yes, she then asked me who gave me the date that was in her system I told her no one gave me a date they are going by my last menstrual. When I asked her questions about her findings from the previous appointment and the current appointment she refused to answer and told me a doctor would be in. A doctor comes in and tell me I have three options of miscarrying. No one has fully explained to me what is going on and at this same appointment is when my blood was drawn so how can you give me this options when you had nothing to go by? If I have to miscarry I would accept that but I don’t feel comfortable inducing a miscarriage when no one has explained to me what is actually happening. This is only the second pregnancy I’ve experienced and the first one was also a miscarriage wouldn’t that have deemed me high risk to begin with? Something need to be done about this clinic it’s not right.

Jessica Coconate, and staff are amazing! Jessica always is kind, gentle, and caring. She always takes her time to answer any questions or concerns I have. I have been with them for over 16 years, and never have I ever had a reason to complain. Thank you ladies for all what you do for your patients!

One star is generous. Please do not go here. I waited an hour and 20 minutes to get called back; another 40 minutes for my ultrasound where the tech told me she saw blood then declined to elaborate; then another half hour waiting for a provider to tell me all is well before pushing me out the door. When I inquired about the blood, the only response I got was, “well she didn’t make a note about it soooo.” I’ve never felt so uneasy. Never again.

It used to be a good clinic. Honestly, I don't know what happened. I've been going for checkups for almost nine months and I still haven't been seen by Dr. Orhan. Everything has been with the nurses' assistants. It's frustrating waiting to be seen for just three minutes, and then they leave you in the room for about an hour. So what's the point of arriving on time if they make you wait ridiculously long? I'm very disappointed with the service, and unfortunately, because of time, I no longer have the energy to change doctors and start all over again. I am a high risk pregnancy!!! With placenta previa , history of c section and other complications

it was my first appointment today. I waited about 15 minutes before being called back and then once I was taken back, I waited about 3020 to 30 minutes in the ultrasound room and no one will come in and check on me. No one will do anything. i’m also not able to take my two year-old with me and it’s hard because I have no one to watch him so I just left my appointment because I needed to go get my son they overbook and it’s rude to patients to wait past their wait time. I’m sure they’re a great clinic with a great staff, but they need to manage their patients and appointments better. I will not be coming here again

If I could put -1 I would do it, I had my pregnancy follow-up here, it was very long to wait at each appointment to only attend me for a few minutes and always by the assistants, when the day of delivery arrived the doctor arrived almost two hours late and it was a terrible experience, not at all careful and zero empathy. Even so, I decided to have a postpartum appointment at this clinic, where I waited more than an hour just to tell me to come back in 3 weeks, really very bad service!!!

I visited this clinic until my seventh month of pregnancy. Dr. Susan and Dr. Birsen are both highly educated and skilled professionals; however, there are significant issues with the clinic’s operations. Appointment wait times are excessively long despite having scheduled visits — in some cases, I waited over an hour for a consultation that lasted less than 15 minutes. Factoring in the required early arrival time and travel, a short appointment could take more than three hours out of my day, which was challenging as someone who works full-time. Another major concern is the patient portal. While the clinic provides a portal for scheduling appointments, messaging the care team, and viewing test results, I never had a single test result uploaded to my portal in seven months, despite repeatedly bringing it up. The online scheduling option was disabled, and phone calls often went unanswered or were returned days later — sometimes not at all. Messages sent through the portal were responded to only sporadically, depending on the staff’s availability. Additionally, I experienced a scheduling error where an appointment I had canceled was inadvertently checked in online after I clicked a link they sent by mistake. I was charged through my insurance, even though I never attended, and no one from the clinic followed up or assisted with rescheduling. Ultimately, I decided to switch to a different clinic. At my new provider, my first appointment lasted a full hour, during which the doctor reviewed my medical history, pregnancy journey, expectations, and concerns. I was able to ask questions freely, and I immediately felt a strong sense of trust. The portal was set up the same day, and a request I made there was addressed by the next day. This experience showed me that not all clinics operate in the same way, and unfortunately, based on my experience, Elit Women did not meet my expectations for care and patient communication.

Today my mother and sister and I came in for my sister's follow up appointment since she had just had an operation done last week. In this occasion they asked me to stay out of the doctor's visit being something lacking knowledge and that's doesn't make any sense. this is because when she is in a completely different environment while when she is in an known environment it's ok. although going into the appointment and the office is not, in these cases she is irritable. finally when we came into the visit I was told that I could not come into the room by two women. I again explained to them that I do have to come into the visit with my sister, in case she felt irritable unsafe and unsure. I told them that if they want to risk what happens it's ok, they allegedly said that Melanie looked calm which is completely false. in this case I'm thankful that I was able to come in, and I was never disrespectful to them I am very disappointed that they see me that way and I don't think they have a clear perception of moral values. While the fact that I say the truth to them clearly is seen as disrespectful, while for me being disrespectful is not knowing how to manage myself ethically and morally. to me being disrespectful is not answering phone calls, and not taking people's health seriously. To me that is disrespectful and lacking empathy with the suffering and pain of anyone involved or worrying for their health. That is DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE.Anither reason the staff said I could not come into the visit was because my sister "looked calm" according to their perception. although in my mother and I's knowledge we knew that was not the case. They finally let me come into the visit and thankfully when I was able into the visit my mother and I were able to contain my sister. While Melanie my sister was getting her vitals done, Melanie my sister started to kick my mother and I, if was not there she would not have been able to be contain. I told Laura to look that, Laura continues to say that I was being disrespectful afterwards while I did not call her names, yell at her, or anything of the sort. We were told that we don't need any sooner following appointments. in the waiting room another woman that came in with her special needs daughter and granddaughter were also told that she could not come into the visit, the woman told them off, and how ludacris they were. The offices complete disregard for people that have special needs has to be investigated.
