Homeowner called us after hearing scratching and chirping every night right around sunset. Sure enough, bats had found a small gap near the roof and made themselves at home in the attic where it was cool and protected from the heat.
A few turned into a lot quicker than they expected.
Got everything removed safely, sealed the entry points, and got the attic headed back in the right direction before the smell and mess got any worse. Summer is definitely the time of year we see this the most.
