Terms and Conditions for Free Consultation & Custom CAD Design Offer Eligibility: This offer is open to new and existing customers located within Arizona. One free consultation per household or business address. Consultation: The free consultation is a 30-minute session. Any time beyond that may be billable. Estimate: The project estimate provided during the consultation is an approximation and subject to change based on final project scope. CAD Design: A custom CAD design will only be provided upon a formal project commitment, which includes a signed agreement and/or down payment. Project Commitment: Commitment to the project must be made within 30 days of the consultation to qualify for the free CAD design. Design Ownership: All CAD designs remain the property of Elite Turf until the project is fully paid for. Cancellation: If the project is canceled after the CAD design has been created but before work commences, the cost of the design may be billed separately. Offer Validity: This offer is valid until October 31, 2023, and may be withdrawn or amended by Elite Turf without prior notice.
