I had a great experience. I needed a non-emergency tow and was given a very reasonable quote and immediate service. The driver was friendly and helpful. All around better than I could have hoped for. Would definitely use again.

5 stars!!! On 8/30/25 as I was driving down the road, I noticed my vehicle started shaking. I pulled over and seen my back right tire was low, kept driving seeing if I could make it to tire shop up the road. It was getting worse. So I just put my hazard lights on and searched for a tow truck near by and found Elite!!!! From the quick answer of the call to getting to me in pretty fast was exceptional... Mr. Nemir was respectful & nice person. Didn't take photos, but I was glad to be off the busy road and back in my vehicle in no time after making it to tire shop. Thanks again and will refer your services. **Prompt service, Affordable prices, Excellent customer service**

I originally gave these guys five stars, but I need to take back a couple of stars. They dropped off my car at the shop, but just left the car in the parking lot, crooked, not even in a parking space. Driver did not even go inside to give the shop my information. He dropped the car and left. Zero communication with the shop people. The shop guys had no idea who to call. Definitely not worth the price. Again… I would have given five stars. If the tow truck driver actually spoke to the car shot people instead of just dropping my car and leaving.

Wedyan helped me with the towing. He was super friendly, reassured me he was gonna take care of everything, and kept me updated with texts, videos, and photo. Honestly could not say enough great things. He was the 2nd company dispatched bc the first one stated they didn’t have the type of tow truck to get my car out of a parking garage. Wedyan could’ve passed on the call but he took time to look at my vehicle and assess what was wrong and quickly figured out how he could help. So grateful for his help! He delivered my vehicle safely to a dealership for service and advised of the associate he left my keys with and the parking spot number. Highly recommend.

Called them, Gave me a price and was there within the hour ! Cheaper than many towing services in surrounding area. Very communicative and understanding. Definitely will use their services I’m the future !

Called Elite after my car slid into a ditch during snow. They arrived quickly, handled it safely, and didn’t overcharge. True professionals.
