Paul took me home from doctors hospital today. He is super nice waited for me to get in the car cuz I am so slow. He had a lot of patience with me. If you want a good driver ask for Paul.. Beautiful car!!!

Today I ran across an elderly woman who needed assistance to get home. I called Elite taxi and asked them to please pick her up from inside a restaurant where she could stay cool and out of the heat. The dispatcher was very nice and assured me they would take good care of Norma. The driver went inside the restaurant helped Norma into the taxi and even though Norma wanted to be dropped off outside the gate of her gated community the driver insisted on taking her to the front of her home, assuring that she was home safe. When I called to check on Norma, she was home safe and sound. Great customer service and communication whenever I need a taxi I will definitely be calling Elite taxi. Thank you so much elite for making a difference today!!

Today I had yet another wonderful experience with Elite Taxi Service. My driver was Paul, as it has been with each other ride. I am a disabled, homebound senior, and I only get out about once per month. Paul makes me feel safe, much like a brother. I know I will get to where I need to go safely and he is very patient. He is also a wonderful conversationalist and a long-time Modesto resident, and I am too. He makes me feel as if I matter and that my little errands matter. Although I always bring my caregiver with me, Paul always helps us get my transport chair in and out of the trunk of his car. I have read the reviews on Elite. I was especially impressed when I read the review left by the lady whose son Paul 'rescued' from Copperopolis.' I was raised in Ione, and I know those small towns dotted in the foothills can be daunting to someone who is not used to them. My understanding is that Paul even stopped and got this young man food and water. This is a compassionate act toward a fellow human, and it is honestly what drew me to use Elite Taxi Service.

It was a last minute emergency call from Modesto to LB when no one wanted to take the service call they did. The service was very professional and the drive was very safe. I had a very hard day and the driver was able to make my day more pleasant. I know if I was stranded again I would not hesitate to call them for a ride. The car was very clean and safe. 100%recommended.

A huge thank you to Paul at Modesto for rescuing my son from Copperopolis this morning in an emergency. My son is spending a year in San Francisco from the UK and he got stranded. I was very grateful to Paul for his comforting confidence that he would be able to find my son and get him back to SF safely which he did. Thank you Paul you saved the day.

Scheduled a ride for 6:20 and the driver was there at 6:18 ready to take my wife to the hospital in time for her shift. That hasn't been our experience with other options. The vehicle was also very nice and she even texted me to say how much she appreciated the quality of the service. This group takes their business seriously and it shows.

I Will definitely be recommending this taxi service to other people if I see they need a ride somewhere. The past few days I've been getting a ride to work. Paul(My Cab Driver) has been very friendly and a joy to talk with. Their cabs are all very clean and Classy looking. They for sure will be getting my bust from now on.

Awesome service! I was in a tough spot when I couldn’t get a Lyft back home from the airport in the early morning hours and after calling this company I was picked up in 5 minutes, decent price for the ride as well. Can’t beat that!
