Elite Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

I took my two kids (ages 5 and 3) to Elite Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, and we had such a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Ortega and Nelly were absolutely wonderful with my kids, so patient, kind, and great at making them feel comfortable. My little ones can sometimes be nervous at appointments, but they both did their cleanings with no issues at all thanks to how gentle and encouraging the team was. The office is very welcoming for children, and you can tell they truly know how to work with young patients. It made the whole visit stress-free for both the kids and me as a mom. This is an excellent pediatric dental practice to introduce your child to. The attention to detail is outstanding, and my son had his first dental visit without any tears. The hygienist demonstrated exceptional understanding and compassion, and Dr. Ortega was both helpful and kind. We are very glad to be starting our dental journey the right way this time.

First time visiting this dental office, and my kids had an amazing experience with Dr. Ortega. She was thorough and caring with my 9-year-old, and incredibly gentle and knowledgeable with my 15-month-old. She was patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and made both kids feel comfortable. The staff were also wonderful—friendly, polite, and professional. The office itself was clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. Highly recommend!

My girls have been with Dr.Ortega since they were 2 and she is the absolute best! So professional, kind, compassionate and caring with her patients and with parents. So excited for her new office! Our experience at this local dentist was excellent! We switched from a farther dentist and are so glad we did. A friend recommended this office, and it exceeded our expectations. The entire office was clean and welcoming, and the decor was impressive. Our appointment was at 10:00 AM, and we were done by 10:30 AM. The service was quick and thorough. My son loved the fun sunglasses and stickers he received. Highly recommend this dentist!

I took my son for his first dentist visit, and we had an amazing experience. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere makes kids very comfortable as they have many toys/ activities for them. It was clean. The wait time was little to none. I was very impressed. We initially tried for my toddler to sit in a big boy chair that had all different kind of glasses for him to wear, but once we saw that he wasn’t comfortable we were accommodated with another room. This helped so much and eased some of my anxiety. He allowed the dentist to examine him without any issues. No crying ! The dentist was friendly, polite and answered all my questions with patience. I really loved it here, it’s not my local dentist but it’s worth taking the drive. I recommend 10/10 !!

Dr. Ortega and her staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel very comfortable and made my little one feel at ease. They made an amazing treatment plan for my little one. I highly recommend!

My two boys were new patients here and while they are experienced with going to the dentist we appreciated the fun and positive atmosphere. The office is meticulously clean, bright, new and cheery. Staff is also friendly, kind and welcoming. My kids were excited to come and look around the waiting room with toys and tv. Once we got in they enjoyed choosing their tooth polish flavor and protective glasses from a “menu”. There was even a welcome sigh with their names on it- so much attention to detail when it comes to the welcoming experience. The hygienists were very gentle, calm and patient. However if I may make one suggestion it would be to clearly walk the children thought what is being done. My kids like to know what is about to happen so next time I’d recommend they do not have the headphones on but rather walk them through each step. For example “now I am going to use this brush to polish your teeth, next I’ll use some water to wash your teeth” etc. The dentist is wonderful and very kind. She asked some questions to get to know us. After the exam i was offered solutions for my kids needs and dentist was available to discuss with me and answer any questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions, which I found comforting. We left feeling well informed, cared for and with a good understanding of what we need to do to care for the kids dental health. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist I recommend you give this office a visit.

Such a fun, kid-friendly office—adorable space, thoughtful touches, and a vibe that immediately puts kids (and parents) at ease. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable.
