Elite Smiles of Louisville

As someone who experiences a great deal of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, I was so impressed with my first visit to Elite Smiles! I chose them from an internet search when I was looking desperately for a dentist due to severe pain. I sent an inquiry online for an appointment and they called me first thing the next morning. I was able to fill out all my forms online the night before so that when I got there, I didnt have to do a thing. I had no issues with them accepting my insurance. The staff was incredibly polite and calming. Every person I encountered in the office was friendly and accommodating. They were quick to get me back in to the chair, and put me at ease immediately. My dentist was Dr. Sean Music, I wish I could remember now the name of the woman who assisted me because she was amazing. (If you read this i am so sorry i forgot your name but seriously ive never had a better experience at the dentist) They explained to me everything that was happening and they identified my issue very quickly. I felt very comfortable and safe there and id say they went above and beyond to help me out, and by the end of my day, I was able to get the procedure I needed and was no longer feeling the pain. I honestly cant recommend this office enough, especially if you have fear of the dentist. I will definitely be returning! 10 stars

I had a great experience today at Elite Smiles with Dr. Alwan and his assistant Kayley C. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Alwan numbed me so well that I didn't feel any pain at all during my visit. Both he and Kayley were extremely respectful, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The office itself is beautiful and very welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, the service was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I highly recommend Elite Smiles and will definitely be returning!

I had been trying to find a good dentist for a number of years and happened upon Dr. Music and his team. They are not just good: they are great! I’ve been going there for about two years now. Your appointment time is just that: that’s when you’re going to see the doc. I bet I’ve never waited in that office for more than five minutes before I’m going back. They are super efficient, but you never feel rushed. Donna has been my hygienist twice now and she is just lovely— So kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Actually every person I have encountered in that office has been friendly, kind and patient—and they truly seem to enjoy working there and working with each other. I highly recommend Elite Smiles!

Dr Music and his assistant Heather were the best today! I had lost part of a tooth and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr Music gave me options and quickly went about solving the problem. Dr. Alwan and Jessica are both absolutely amazing! They are just as thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive as anyone could hope for! I am so pleased I switched dentists. I highly recommend Elite Smiles! The entire staff is wonderful, the office is large and sparkling clean, and every effort is taken to ensure the comfort of their patients.

The staff and the everyone there are very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Alwan and his team are great and I’m happy to have them as my Dentist. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Elite team of Dentists.

This place only cares about money and ensuring you do expensive procedures. Their customer service if you say no to a bone graft is really poor. The doctors tone and demeanor changed simply because I did not want to go through with an implant after I called and told the office and nurses that I confirmed i did not want to do it. Waste of time and office has poor communication skills if they know the doctor cant do it then why schedule an appointment have me go in sit down only for the doctor to say no I cant do it. Lol maybe being the only hispanic person there had something to do with the poor treatment.

I have been getting the run around with old dentists about a sore on side of tongue. First phone conversation with receptionist was unbelievable how she admittedly made me feel like I was a family member right of the bat. Not overbearing but was able to get me right in. As soon as I got to office and signed in here came the dental assistant X-rays before cleaning Dr. Music stepped right in took a look at my concerns and addressed my fear of cancer on my tongue right off. He listened to my fears of my father passed from cancer that started on tongue I just loved how from scared to death. I was walking out with nothing but calm and peaceful confidence in the team that I am in their care. Thanks 🙏 Suzie

Elite smiles make me feel very good Very nice and friendly. I enjoy going to a dentist that makes me feel comfortable. Can't wait until the the work that I am having done. So I can see the results. I would like to thank everyone for the great care and kindness that I received from elite smiles I'm very happy with the results that I gotten.

I had another great appointment at Elite Smiles today. Well, as great as can be when your at the dentist. Dr Music worked me in for an urgent appointment last week after the long weekend, and got me started on the road to recovery with antibiotics and pain relief. The problem was fully resolved today while Carissa held my hand and gave me pats on the shoulder that took some of the sting out of the shots. Dr Alwan popped in as we said goodbye to my favorite crown that he gave me last year (in no way any fault of his). By the time it was over we all wanted tacos. Thank you all so much for top notch care with people I can trust to do what's best for me.
