We're very pleased with Dustin and his company. I came across them a couple of months ago and was impressed with the work they were doing on a couple of houses in our community. After a brief, friendly exchange with the workers, I kept the company's business cards. Being new to the area, and with the need to remove branches from our old roof, having both an enormous oak tree and a pine tree close to our house, and with hurricane season upon us, we decided to hire Elite company. The owner came over, examined the trees, and explained the dire situation. He also arranged for other experts from his crew and outside his company to come. Their findings were patiently explained to us in both professional and lay terms, along with a respectful period of time for us to process our options. Eventually, we went with the more prudent approach to have both enormous trees, which were positioned in a very challenging location, removed. Although still beautiful, the trees were not healthy and would have been deadly to keep. The removal of the trees was awesome to watch. Also impressive was watching how the crew safely coordinated moving the large tree portions, quickly moving them out of the way from an active road, cutting up parts, and hauling them away. This included the trimming of a palm tree near our pool cage. Everything, including cleanup, was completed by the end of the day. I just wish I had enough iPhone memory to have recorded everything. This tree company did a wonderful job getting all three of my trees down for me. The owner Dustin listened to all the concerns and questions I asked him. He answered everything and even told me every detail they would do. The guys who work for him are very professional and work well with one another. They also did a great clean up afterwards making it look like nothing ever happened. Great price for the quality of work. I would hire them again if need too.

Elite Outdoor Services of North Florida did an amazing job cutting down my tree. It was rainy part of the day, but they still stuck it out, worked hard, and got it done beautifully. Dustin and his team were great to work with. Not only Dustin was professional but compassionate as well as I had to arrange a tree removal for my elderly parents from the west coast. He offered me a fair price, his team was able to remove a tall, dead oak in the front yard in less than a day and a half. I would reach out to his business for trees we would need to remove in the future.

I was upset to learn that I had pine beetles in the line of trees that I had lining my driveway (22 in total). Dustin came out and walked me through the process, as they could not be saved, and gave me a very reasonable quote. I am so happy that I went with him as he was very responsive to all my messages, arrived on time and did everything as promised. He also took down a couple of other trees for me that were dying, not pines, and didn't charge me extra. Dustin and his team worked very hard cleaning up the mess that was left behind, too.
