Instead of getting frustrated, Omar was consistently friendly and reassuring. HOSTAGE SITUATION WARNING: This company uses predatory tactics. The Timeline: ∙ Arrived: 9:40 AM ∙ Left: 12:30 PM ∙ Total work time: Less than 3 hours ∙ Amount charged: $780 (for 4 hours) They tried to charge me for 4 hours when they only worked 2 hours and 50 minutes. The Blanket Scam: I already had my own moving blankets. They tried to sell me their blankets anyway. When I refused, they told me I had to sign a waiver releasing ALL LIABILITY for the entire move. So your choices are: 1. Buy blankets you don’t need, OR 2. Sign away your right to any damage claims That’s not a service. That’s a shakedown. The Hostage Situation: When we arrived at the destination, they REFUSED TO UNLOAD MY BELONGINGS until I paid for 4 hours – even though they only worked about 2 hours. My stuff was on their truck. I had no choice. Pay their inflated rate or don’t get your belongings. This is extortion. Bottom Line: Elite Moving and Storage are hustlers. They will: ∙ Overcharge you for hours they didn’t work ∙ Try to upsell you unnecessary products ∙ Force you to sign liability waivers if you refuse ∙ Hold your belongings hostage until you pay their demands DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Omar and his team at Elite were amazing! They were so fast and so on it! They completely wrapped all my furniture and moved me into my new home and storage unit! Will definitely be using them for my next move!

I cannot say enough great things about this moving company. Terry went above and beyond in every way. Not only did they handle my move with total professionalism, but they even made a special trip to Best Buy to pick up a TV and deliver it in time for my Christmas party. Their attitude was incredible positive, upbeat, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s rare to find a team with such a strong “can-do” spirit, and they proved it every step of the way. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and honestly the best service I’ve ever had from any moving company. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants reliable, friendly, top-tier service. They truly delivered in every sense of the word!
