I cannot say enough great things about this moving company. Terry went above and beyond in every way. Not only did they handle my move with total professionalism, but they even made a special trip to Best Buy to pick up a TV and deliver it in time for my Christmas party. Their attitude was incredible positive, upbeat, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s rare to find a team with such a strong “can-do” spirit, and they proved it every step of the way. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and honestly the best service I’ve ever had from any moving company. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants reliable, friendly, top-tier service. They truly delivered in every sense of the word!

Not only did they move my furniture and boxes with precision, they also helped place items we recently received back from our remediation company, making sure everything ended up exactly where it needed to go. Their attention to detail and willingness to help with the unexpected truly sets them apart. Omar and his crew are efficient, respectful, and incredibly hard-working. Updated Review: We just keep finding more and more junk tossed in with our electronics, including chemicals. The more we go through, the worse it gets. These guys are absolutely horrible. Omar and his team from Elite Moving were awesome on moving day — they showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and handled the heavy lifting with great care. They made the actual moving process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated their professionalism, positive attitude, and reasonable pricing for the labor. However, after unpacking, I discovered some big issues with how things were packed. I wasn’t there during the packing (my wife was), and once we started opening boxes, it was clear many items were just tossed together without much organization or protection. For example, syrup was packed loosely with other household items and ended up spilling everywhere. Some of my items were damaged to the point I just threw them out. They did use plenty of packing paper — which I’m sure I was charged for — but even so, the packing felt rushed, prioritizing speed over quality. A few items were also lost or misplaced because of how carelessly things were combined. So, depending on what you’re looking for: if you’re looking to have your stuff tossed in, mixed up, and ruined, this is absolutely the place for you. But if careful packing and thoughtful organization matter, you’re better off packing yourself or hiring movers who actually care about quality.

I recently used Elite Moving & Storage to store my furniture while my house was being remodeled. To be fair, their initial service was great—picking up the furniture went smoothly and their representative, Donna, was really nice and helpful throughout that part of the process. However, when my furniture was returned, I found three items badly damaged: my brand-new living room set (which was worth about $4,000), my bed frame ($850), and a TV ($1,500). When I reached out to Elite about this, they directed me to their insurance. Unfortunately, the insurance process was extremely complicated, and in the end, they offered me just 60 cents per pound as compensation. For context, that added up to only about $150 for thousands of dollars’ worth of damage, which is absolutely ridiculous. In short, while they might be friendly at first, they do not take proper care of your belongings. They seem to drag items around and likely dropped things, and their insurance resolution is just not fair. I definitely do not recommend Elite Moving & Storage if you value your possessions.

Omar and his team at Elite were amazing! They were so fast and so on it! They completely wrapped all my furniture and moved me into my new home and storage unit! Will definitely be using them for my next move!

Omar and his team did a great job. They arrived on time and were very professional. They moved very quickly but still took time to make sure our stuff was secure and safe. They completed the job faster than we were quoted for. They came with the necessary equipment like plastic wrap, tape and dolleys. Cannot recommend enough!
