Jim was purely professional from the start. I told him that I needed an experienced mechanic for a PPI in Jersey. He immediately called me, gathered my information, and kept in contact. We scheduled for a particular day, but because there was an incoming storm on the brink, we rescheduled. He called to reschedule and to make sure that if anything happens between today and that time, we would be in contact. If there is one thing I could say, and that is important to me, was Jim's ability to clearly comminunicate and follow-through. Whether it was through text or call, he was on point and professional. This is specifically important to me because I wasn't even in the same state as him, and he made sure to maintain contact as much as possible. Once he made in to the inspection, he completed his intended work and contacted me immediately. He shared his information, throughly explained his process, and answered any questions I may have had. I will admit that I was leery about going through the all of this considering my inability to physically be there, but Jim was on-point and he made those concerns dwindle the more he provided great customer service and remained on-time. Finally, he shared some poignant information that helped me to make a solid decision on the vehicle, which I really appreciated. This process was made simple because of Jim's professionalism. It made me forego my thoughts of potentially being scammed. Jim performed a mobile pre purchase inspection. He was very easy to get a hold of, pleasant, communicative of the process and punctual. He met me at the used car dealership and thoroughly inspected the entire car, inside and out and went on a test drive. He took the time to explain what he was looking at and looking for in determining the condition of the car. His expertise and third party, unaffiliated, opinion and information he provided on the cars condition gave me peace of mind and comfort in the very daunting decision making process of purchasing a used car. Once his inspection was complete he compiled a list of work the car needed and a list of the codes he gathered from the cars computer. Jim did an outstanding job with a pre purchase inspection on a 2021 Rav4 I was a few steps away from purchasing.
