elite lighting they are not at all committed ordered for a customized light and paid full amount in advance but order was not ready at the committed time when we reached their showroom. owner apologies and promise us to deliver the product at our doorstep within a week. we received the dented product after 1 month. even 1200 courier charges we paid for that very bad experience beware of Mr. Ravi

They just didn’t stop with “elite” in the shop’s name but in delivering a elite look for our place which gives a cozy look to our space. I would strongly recommend them if your looking for an ultra modern, antique collections of lights with updated features- A big thumbs up !

I had a great experience shopping for some lights for a recent project. Great collection & a super cooperative team. They delivered the products just as promised and even acknowledged a last minute change!

Elite lights has no warranty for their products. They should change their specifications while selling that they are giving 2 yrs warranty. It is worse than Chinese lights. They also have a 30day return/ exchange policy. We didn’t get that too. The light which we paid for never worked and it’s been 15 months, we have requested to exchange that 100’s of times , but no response. It is the most pathetic light vendor.
