Really happy with our new kitchen from Elite Kitchens. Alistair, Peter, and the wider team were great throughout the process. They were easy to communicate with, and very patient with any changes and questions along the way. Mark was brilliant during install also. Any issues were attended to quickly, and the finished result looks great. Would happily recommend them.

The team at Elite Kitchens bent over backwards to help and accommodate with everything I needed - even at short notice. I could not fault the service from Al & Peter. The install of the kitchen went without any issues. The organisation that goes on behind the scenes organising and coordinating trades was something I had not experienced before - even my electrician was impressed with their organisation! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Definitely consider them - I am going to use them again for another renovation I was so impressed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Elite Kitchens, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was exceptional from concept to design of our Hamptons Style kitchen. My wife and I have nothing but the strongest praise for the Elite Kitchen Team. From Peter’s initial visit to discuss our ideas, Alistair’s efforts to confirm our fixture choices and drive the schedule, finishing with Mark’s skill as a Master installer. Peter and his team did a fantastic job creating and installing our bedroom cabinetry. We have uneven floors and a tricky ceiling and installer Ben was a patient perfectionist and the result is fabulous. This is our second build with Elite Kitchens and they are always professional, clean polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Elite Kitchens Toowoomba were excellent to deal with. The process was seamless from Peter coming out to consult on the design, to Alistair in the office being available to answer all of our questions, to the boys coming out to install. Everyone was excellent and they came up with a lovely cost effective kitchen solution for our space! I would definitely recommend Elite Kitchens Toowoomba to anyone looking to refresh their kitchen.

We paid the last installment on our new kitchen this week. Overall I would rate them three and a half stars. I would never use them again. It seems that after we paid the second installment of over $20,000 the customer servic became almost aggressive. When I raised the long list of problems, it all became far too hard and we just settled for what Elite Kitchens were prepared to and had the ability to deliver. I would not employ them again.

Peter and Alistair were great. I was on a budget and they worked with me to choose a design that has really worked. All the boys were lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend.
