Avoid this place. I bought a groupon facial treatment, when made my appt with them, they said I would have to pay an extra $50- per 90 minutes, some treatment might take 3 hours- extra $100-, due to the Special price. I had the 90 minute facial treatment done by Holly. Was told I needed several facial and body treatments, pckg. Deal, for several thousand dollars.... What a deceptive practice, bait and switch...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and used abusive language toward customers. On top of that, I witnessed behavior that came across as racist, which is something no business should tolerate. The place itself was dirty—tables weren’t cleaned, the floors were sticky, and everything felt neglected. It honestly made me question how seriously they take hygiene and customer care. Overall, terrible service, unprofessional behavior, and an environment that felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and cleanliness.
