I recently had a full service done on my car and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to be helpful. They took the time to clearly explain everything that was being done, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service provided. It’s not often you find a team that combines professionalism, honesty, and great customer care so well. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car servicing.

I recently had my car serviced here and couldn’t be happier. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. The work was completed efficiently and at a fair price, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, Micheal definitely is one of those rare mechanics that genuinely cares about his customers.

I feel overall it was an unsatisfactory service experience. The staff were indifferent, they seemed bothered by me being there, and I barely saw an elapsed time for a normal oil change and check tires. I appreciate that delays happen, but they didn't inform me of any delays until asked and that was disappointing. In addition, the waiting area is pretty subpar with nothing to keep one busy. Then, after I picked up the car, I noticed a small issue with the alignment of the steering wheel, that was not there when I dropped it off. It's not a huge deal, but it shouldn't have to deal with a small inconvenience after paying for repairs. When I attempted to reach someone to speak about it, I was told they'd "look into it" but never received any follow-up as of yet, after 3 days. Overall, my experience was terrible. Expected a little more detail and better communication. Perhaps I will look elsewhere in the future

Went down to the shop with a tricky problem that 3 other shops couldn’t solve the team at elite had a good look over it explaining everything located the root problem got it sorted runs and drives better than when I got it Absolutely nothing but respect and gratitude to the team definitely coming back!!
