No matter what you do everyday always
1.Remember to brush and floss your teeth regularly it avoids bacteria from getting into growing with the food left in your mouth and between your teeth gums n gaps in tooth.
2. Try using a fluoride toothpaste.
3. Make a routine to clean your tongue gently once a day using a tongue cleaner, scraper sometimes the back of your brush.
4. Clean between your teeth with interdental brushes or floss at least once a day.
5. If you using dentures try cleaning them often, remove and put them in a sanitized place at night before you go to sleep.
6. Get a dental check-up when you are doing everything but still have a bad breath..
