We have been using Elite for years on our rental properties and personal house. They have done everything for us from complete system installation to emergency services. They are completely honest with me and I never doubt what he is telling me. He does exactly what he says he will do and has never let me down. Nobody is perfect, but I promise he is trying his best to fix your issue and make you happy. I would give more stars if possible!

We thought our heat and air unit was not useable or savable but they came in a cleaned it up, got it working good, and it didn’t break the bank! 5 stars everyday & all day!

This company is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything they were doing. I required their services in the hottest part of the summer and these guys stayed late to make sure my a/c was functioning properly. Top notch in my book.

These guys were absolutely fantastic! I called them on a Monday morning and they were at my house WITH parts fixing my unit Monday afternoon. The part they did need, they got quickly Tuesday morning and had my unit up and going in no time. The guys were professional and very helpful. Cannot thank them enough!

Mike with Elite Climate Control came out when my AC was acting up and got me going again fast. Super cool guy, explained what was going on, and even rigged me up with a temporary fix so I wasn’t dying in the heat. He’s coming back Monday to swap in a better capacitor, which shows he actually cares about doing it right instead of just patching it and running. Definitely recommend – straight shooter, no games.

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Climate Control Heat & Air LLC! My sister’s AC went out today, and after calling several local companies with no luck, he was the only one who actually answered. Within just a few hours, he was at the house and had the problem fixed, saving my family from having to rent a hotel for the night. He was not only timely and professional, but also incredibly friendly and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. We will absolutely be using him for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on. Highly recommend!

I called Elite this morning because I was having trouble with my air conditioner. I assumed it just needed to be charged with coolant. They came within two hours. They let me know my unit was 18 years old, I had only lived there four years and didn’t know the problems I had. They offered different solutions and had finance services available for new units. Thank you so much fellas. I feel like this is a trustworthy company.

I called Elite Climate Control and HVAC because a tree limb had damaged the fan on my outside condenser. I removed the debris, fan, and motor so I could figure out how to take off the fan blade. Once I had it off, I called Elite Climate Control and HVAC to ask if they sold parts. Mike told me they sometimes did, depending on what was needed. I explained I needed a new fan blade, and he told me to bring it in so we could match it up. When I arrived, Mike was very friendly, and his staff went above and beyond to help locate the correct part. Once we found the right blade, I asked how much I owed. To my surprise, Mike told me, “You owe nothing.” That kind of kindness and customer service is rare these days. I truly appreciate Mike and his team for helping me out. Elite Climate Control and HVAC of Jonesboro has set the standard for excellent service, and it’s reassuring to know help is there when it’s needed. Thanks again, Mike!
