I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shazina for my Botox treatment. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I specifically told her I was hoping for a natural look, not frozen and she delivered exactly that. The results are subtle, refreshed, and exactly how I imagined. I also want to commend Nurse Abby for being so friendly and accommodating. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Overall, such a great experience. Highly recommended!

I am currently taking testosterone injections as advised by Dr. Arsany, who explained everything very clearly and professionally. I would like to especially appreciate Nurse Ms. Ananti for her excellent care. She administered the injection very gently and politely. I experienced no pain during or after the injection, whereas earlier I had some discomfort with others. Because of her skill and care, the experience was completely comfortable. I highly recommend Nurse Ms. Ananti 💯. Additionally, my blood pressure was high today (around 160). After her calm advice and reassurance, within 10 seconds it reduced to 130, which I am very grateful for.

This place is great for a confidence boost! They have good customer service and professional staff. Miss Hina is super helpful with info. I've had five sessions with three different nurses, but Khshar's hands are so gentle. I didn't feel any pain even though I have tiny veins. I totally recommend her for IVs. Overall, the staff is awesome. Everything is clean, and they handle the tools well.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the nurse (Ms. Khushar) who treated me. She was extremely kind, patient, and caring throughout the process. What impressed me the most was her skill and confidence — she managed to insert my IV drip successfully on the very first try, something that others had struggled with before. I went to the clinic to check a promotion I found on Instagram. I texted them to have morning information and dei answer that I could come for a free consultation: included One-Hour Parking Doctor Consultation, Diet Counselling, Body Composition Analysis, Fitness Assessment, Pain Management Assessment, Physiotherapy Counselling,advanced AI Skin Analysis. The doctor arrived 43 minutes late. She blame It on me telling me they tried to call me from the reception they day earlier and I did not answer. I showed her the TWO text of confermati on I have got on whatsapp, She explained that is AI only, to actually confirm a booking I had to answer to the phone. I recieved one call from and unknown number while I was working (I cannot stay at the phone since I work with children). Stilly fault apparently. The doctor then suggested me a different treatment from the one I enquiry for, which is totally ok since She know better for sure. It's also totally ok don't want to spend 5000 aed for a treatment I am not sure about. Since I told her the price was a bit high I been offer another option (still too pricey for me), then immediately dismissed. No other complimentary service has been done, not even the parking since I stayed more than one hour because of the doctor being late. I don't use to write bad rewiews, I usually keep them for myself especially because they are unfair on the poor people of the staff like the girls at the reception, who has been exeptionally nice. But this required a rewiew.

Ananthani is such a kind and friendly person. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and kept me entertained too. I truly appreciated her care. Great service too!
