After facing health issues and a BMI over 30, my doctor advised me to lose weight to mitigate further risks. Following a vigorous search, I found Elite Body Home. One month in, I am incredibly relieved and find the team absolutely amazing! From Pam at reception, Salma the physio, Miray the dietitian, to Abigail the doctor they are all gems. My weight loss journey has been a blessing, and I genuinely look forward to my sessions and seeing their lovely smiles every week.

This place is great for a confidence boost! They have good customer service and professional staff. Miss Hina is super helpful with info. I've had five sessions with three different nurses, but Khshar's hands are so gentle. I didn't feel any pain even though I have tiny veins. I totally recommend her for IVs. Overall, the staff is awesome. Everything is clean, and they handle the tools well.

Came two weeks ago for the first time to get my Botox and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! Dr Arsany and Ananthi were so lovely they took the best care of me. I knew I was in safe hands. My Botox looks amazing and It’s just so nice going there and having the best service.

I did my Maderotherapy course with our instructor Ms.Roselyn she is so amazing she will teach you all the necessary techniques you will need to become one of the best therapist! Thanks for her help and EBH Academy.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the nurse (Ms. Khushar) who treated me. She was extremely kind, patient, and caring throughout the process. What impressed me the most was her skill and confidence — she managed to insert my IV drip successfully on the very first try, something that others had struggled with before. She handled me with genuine care and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire treatment. Truly grateful for her professionalism and the personal touch she brought to her work.

I went to the clinic to check a promotion I found on Instagram. I texted them to have morning information and dei answer that I could come for a free consultation: included One-Hour Parking Doctor Consultation, Diet Counselling, Body Composition Analysis, Fitness Assessment, Pain Management Assessment, Physiotherapy Counselling,advanced AI Skin Analysis. The doctor arrived 43 minutes late. She blame It on me telling me they tried to call me from the reception they day earlier and I did not answer. I showed her the TWO text of confermati on I have got on whatsapp, She explained that is AI only, to actually confirm a booking I had to answer to the phone. I recieved one call from and unknown number while I was working (I cannot stay at the phone since I work with children). Stilly fault apparently. The doctor then suggested me a different treatment from the one I enquiry for, which is totally ok since She know better for sure. It's also totally ok don't want to spend 5000 aed for a treatment I am not sure about. Since I told her the price was a bit high I been offer another option (still too pricey for me), then immediately dismissed. No other complimentary service has been done, not even the parking since I stayed more than one hour because of the doctor being late. I don't use to write bad rewiews, I usually keep them for myself especially because they are unfair on the poor people of the staff like the girls at the reception, who has been exeptionally nice. But this required a rewiew.

1 star is overwhelmingly complementry. I will share my expereince. After several days of communication, I made an confirmed appointment today. On arrival the recption was not aware of my booking. I had to wait for one of the staff to come upstairs. Submitted my EID and i was told the Dr has yet to arrive. When the Dr came he was not aware of the aplointment and he called in another patient, who arrived afterI did. [To be fair - Dr is not at fault] I did not want to post this but now you are sending me whats app message to book. No apology No recognition of my time wasted Common on Ellite ...... Please stop sending me messages to book if you cant be bothered to deal manner you treat patients/clients. Our time is precious too...
