I drove out from Chicago and was out in Rapid city for Sturgis 2024.. My Tahoe and a major fuel line issue on the road, but thank god 3 miles from the hotel, I limped it to the hotel being Saturday night and everything was closed, but Monday morning first thing I called desperate and the guys at Sumners were nice to take it in to look at it and got it fixed same day since we had to leave that coming WED, time was CRUCIAL to get it fixed and these guys got it fixed 🙌🙌

These guys took care of me the day before Thanksgiving. I had to take my car twice before problem was resolved. But they took the time and fixed problem even though it was almost Thanksgiving. I called several repair shops and my could not find anyone to get me into their shop and I was in a panic. I for now on take my car to Sumners auto repair. They were also very kind

I am a former honor guardsman. I thought it would be a good idea to take it here for maintenance but I was wrong. I was charged a diag fee even though I declined it after saying what I wanted replaced on the vehicle. I was then quoted about 500$ extra than what Chevy offered to repair the issue. Not much thoughtfulness for the people struggling in today’s world. Maybe some had good experiences, but mine left disheartened.

I was in need of a wheel bearing half way across the country from Pa to Wa. The guys really took the time to look over my Subaru and got me in and out, no issue, within two hours on a Friday morning. Highly recommend these folks; they were extra kind to my large dog, too!

Every place I took my car said I needed rear brakes. Summers told me the percent of brakes I had on rear and front. They fixed what was actually wrong. My car runs great. Was expensive but to be expected .

We had an emergency while I'll traveling with a bad alternator. The guys at summer automotive fit us in even though they're parking lot was full. We were supposed to return home the next day. They fixed Our car quickly and we were back on the road! Thanks to all of the guys at Sumner Automotive!

My AC was leaking and not blowing cold air on a road trip from Colorado. I called the week before from North Dakota and asked if they could help. I had an appointment on Tuesday and dropped it off that morning. By 3 pm it was done.
The problem was a transmission cooler I installed years ago using clips that went through the condenser. The people at the shop could not reinstall the cooler the same way as it would cause the same problem. I was told "my boss said he could not let it leave like that with his name on it." They fabricated a new bracket and prevent the problem in the future. It was a bit more but they went above and beyond to make sure they fixed my problem and prevented it in the future. Honest and reliable auto mechanics are a true gem and Sumners is just that. I cannot recommend them enough.
