To give customers the peace of mind when we meet them face-to-face, we are enhancing operational procedures for customer-facing employees like our service technicians. These procedures include wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers, not shaking hands and maintaining a reasonable distance from customers. Our techs are wiping down work-space surfaces in the vehicles with the disinfectant after service and hand sanitizing. Also the office is cleaned daily, with sanitizing solutions used in high-touch, high-traffic areas. We also have our staff cleaning key areas throughout the day. If any of our staff or technicians are not feeling well we are asking them to stay home and self isolate for a week.
