Elite Air Heating and Cooling

Horrible business. Left me hanging during the worst part of the season and i just havent had the time to write this review. I called in January in the middle of the night during the freeze that went to like -25 degrees. My boiler went out. Its the middle of the night and the temp inside my house is dropping a degree every 30 minutes or so. I have 3 daughters all under the age of 9. I get on google to see who can save me thinking its a long shot and this business says they are 24 hours and handle emergencies. Its the middle of the night in a blizzard and honestly someone answered the phone basically right away. I explain my situation and that i have kids and i dont know what to do because my house is getting very cold rapidly and im freaking out because i have a baby in the house and the woman says not to worry that she is reaching out to dispatch and someone will call me to come help asap. This was just before midnight. Nobody called. Nobody texted. Nobody did nothing. I just sat with all of my kids in one room huddled in a group with some blankets trying to stay warm. I obviously didnt call 5 other people because why would i disrespect everyone elses time and have multiple people coming in the middle of the night during a blizzard. So because i only called Elite Air and because Elite Air ghosted us we ended up having to pack up around 3am and go to a hotel because my house had gotten down to below 60 degrees. Finally at 7:48am someone called and left a voicemail saying they were from Elite Air to come check out the boiler and they were at the house. Like holy crap bro how disrespectful can yall be? And to think that at THAT time they only had 5 star reviews so like how fake are all of these reviews they have? Its the only reason i called them first to be honest. Yall ghosted me when the BEST thing you could have done for me was show up during a cold weather emergency ( which is the entire premise of your business, heating and cooling) and give me some crazy high price quote given the circumstances, which would have put me in an even worse financial position, but you couldnt even do that lol. I would never recommend an HVAC business that offers emergency services yet leaves customers hanging with HVAC issues during the literal worst storm of our season.

**Review for Elite HVAC:** Recently had some quotes done by Elite Air Heating and Cooling. From the start, they were incredibly professional and took the time to really understand my needs. They were open to making helpful suggestions and provided great advice without any pressure. What stood out most was their flexibility—they worked with my timing and were willing to adjust outside of their usual schedule to accommodate me. They showed up right on time, which is always a huge plus. They also went above and beyond by suggesting an electrician that was going to be needed for the project. The electrician they recommended turned out to be just as great—another fantastic company to work with! Overall, the team at Elite was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, customer-focused service!

I requested them to come out and diagnose and repair which pretty much means I need an estimate. It is assumed you always get an estimate before any repair. however, they came up with three different scenarios of the problem with my furnace. Claimed that they replaced a part. Then 10 minutes later explained to me that I needed a new furnace and told me that my heat exchange had a crack in it and it was leaking carbon monoxide. They shut the system down on a Friday and said they could not replace my furnace with a new one until Tuesday. The temperature Friday night was 11° Saturday, Sunday and Monday not much warmer than that if I had actually believe them the water pipes in my house would’ve froze and I have animals here and had no other place to stay. So they told me to run a space heater in the furnace room with the furnace, exhaust fan and continuous cycle and it would warm the house enough that the pipes wouldn’t freeze. I got a second opinion over the weekend they concluded there is no crack in the heat exchange unit. The furnace is definitely old. There is no evidence of carbon monoxide and elite error. Should’ve never turned my furnace off on Friday to make me wait until Tuesday for a total replacement. A total replacement was not necessary. On Monday evening, I chose to cancel the new furnace installation for Tuesday morning and explain to the technician that I got a second opinion and he said I owe a $99 service call. So I sent him a coupon that is on their website for a $99 estimate. And he said I signed a contract and they ordered the furnace and he would send this to the owner.

We contracted Elite Air to install a heat pump/mini split system in our home. We received three quotes and each company offered a different price and solution. We went with Elite Air because they completely and patiently explained the proposed system and answered all of our questions. We appreciated their clear communications. They showed up on time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up afterwards. They even applied for a rebate for us from our energy provider. We are very pleased.

Great experience all the way around. Was given all my options when the furnace went out mid-winter and they had me up and running with a new replacement in 48 hours. Not even a problem for the distance I am away from the shop. Not the first time, nor will it be the last time I use them!

Super pleased with the installation of my new central air unit! I was scheduled next week and they made it happen a few days early!! I received some great advice, very easy to schedule and done in a timely manner. Will always recommend Elite Air for all your HVAC needs 😊

My furnace was very old and finally decided to break down for good. I called Elite and they had a new furnace installed for me within a few days. I even opted to add AC. Everything was done quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend them and will ONLY be using them for my HVAC needs moving forward.

From the start to the finish AAA++++ Someone had referred Elite Air to us. We called them and set up an appointment. No answer machine!!! They have people to talk to, other places had machines. Everything was so refreshing to setup. The appointment was great very fast. Owner was great too. They gave us choices, 😊. Install was great they are professional all the way. Installed in one day. Installers are very knowledgeable and polite. AAA+++ Thank you all for for your professional service.

I recommend these guys any day anytime I need them to come out during the week it’s usually a little over a hundred bucks and they solve most of my problems haven’t done me wrong yet. Update: I had them install a new unit for me and they got it done fast and efficiently in a way that allowed me to continue my own service job on a roof and not be there. Had a slight hiccup with a bad weld but they can out right away and took care of me. In terms of hvac their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional
