My vintage Mustang broke down today elite towing had her picked up within the hour and delivered to my mechanic at 8pm on a Sunday night excellent service.

Highly recommend these guys. Efficient communication with Chris, easy to sort out details. Well priced, great service, hassle free. I hope I don’t need a towing company again anytime soon, but I’ll use elite24/7 next time aswell

Overall very friendly but failed on their promise of a booking through their own services. Had a booking for a 9am pick up, they asked if I could do another time after the payment and booking were made, I couldn't. They didn't clarify that they couldn't meet the designated time and called me 40 mins before to say they couldn't make it.

Helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate and patient when our car broke down in Ceres. We were very surprised at how reasonable his rates for towing our broken down car were. When people are in such a vulnerable position, it would be easy to take advantage, but Elite 24/7 Towing made the whole process easy and offered great service at low prices. Thanks for your help.

I can't recommend Chris and 24/7 Towing highly enough. Breaking down on the freeway and having to get a car from Geelong to Melbourne on a 39 degree day is pretty stressful, but Chris was really helpful, arrived when he said he would, was really reasonably priced, and on top of all of that he was a really good bloke as well. I couldn't fault the service. AAA+
