The location of this hostel is one of the best features as its close to college and other central areas. The rooms are quite comfortable and the food is tasty, makes it easier to stay away from home.

Elita by Student Housing is much better compared to Avenue and other properties , the rooms are cleaner, the vibe is more premium, and the overall maintenance is way better. Plus, the sports activities and common areas here are more active and fun, which makes student life more enjoyable. Definitely a better choice overall.

I had a great experience at this hostel I lived here for 2 years. The helpers and owners are responsive and quick. They even organise events and have a nice gym, swimming pool and college drop services.

Elita is a great choice for students, especially those studying at NMIMS and nearby colleges, due to its short and easy commute. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amenities like the swimming pool, pickleball court really enhance the living experience
