This is the second time we have used Elevation Home Builders for remodeling and upgrading our home. We’ve been very satisfied with the service and attention to detail. I had a definite vision, and they brought it to life. The results exceeded our expectations. Our first project was a renovation of the main floor of our home that included our kitchen. It’s been a dream to work in. Our second renovation was remodeling our bathroom. The tile work is stunning and has added luxury amenities that make us feel like we have a spa in our home.

Elevation renovated part of our basement and worked closely with me to install a wet bar. The design was beautiful. They listened and paid attention to detail. They kept me up to date on project progress. They helped me find high end materials within our budget and the end result was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I had a great experience and really enjoyed the space!!

We are overall happy with our home remodel completed in 2023. The finished product was what we were looking for and what was envisioned in several inspiration pictures we used. Although we would have appreciated more guidance with different ideas and options along the way, in the end we couldn’t be happier with the finished job. One aspect that I want to highlight is the warranty work that Elevation stands behind. On multiple occasions where there were problems after completion (in some cases many months after) Elevation had no problem coming back to honor their warranty work and make sure the job was done right. Kudos to the remodel team for standing by their work!

Elevations helped us update the front of our house in Coralville. The design team really listened to my ideas and came up with a beautiful design. They used the best contractors for the siding and stone installation. Communication was excellent throughout the process.

The finished product of our total home remodel is a 5-star result. The transformation of a mid-century property into our modern day home is amazing! We love our new, old home! The remodel project was a major undertaking that required nearly 1.5 years to complete. The project design, planning and execution with numerous sub-contractors seemed disconnected and sluggish at times which was very frustrating. The EHB finished carpenters and framers were exceptional. The EHB staff comprised of project manager, designer and coordinators overseeing our project were always accessible and very responsive to our inquiries. After our relocation into the home, the follow-up to punch list issues was exceptional! We encourage anyone to explore potential projects with EHB, you won’t be disappointed with the final result.
