Elephant Windows Doors & Conservatories

We first used Elephant Windows sometime in 2008 for a large conservatory, all went well from the outset, we then bought a 4 bedroom townhouse on St Marys island at rear was a two floor glass curtain wall, the bottom section was very busy with 14 sections including the doors. Elephant successfully removed and supplied and fitted Bi fold doors ( The original installers said it could not be done) Neil and the team did a fantastic job again we were very pleased. This made it very easy for us to use Elephant again in 2025 to remove some sliding patio doors and replace with slide and Tilt doors again the project was a complete success. What surprised us was when the Representative came on the initial visit it was Colin the same guy who arranged the conservatory project back in 2008 !!! . We highly recommend this company. !! Perfect service, advice and installation of two windows. After a bad experience with another local window installer I was very weary of having more problems but Elephant Windows quickly addressed my concerns offered great options and advice on what is best and how to make it cost effective, from first contact to finishing results I cannot fault them. Elephant Windows Doors & Conservatories completed work at my home in September to replace soffits and fascias. Prior to the work commencing communications were pretty clear on the schedule of work etc 2 men arrived (on time) on the day work commenced and they were both professional and polite. The work was completed on time and to a high standard of clear up afterwards. I had a small problem with one of the gutters during some very heavy rain a couple of weeks after work was completed, but after a quick email they came back to look at and rectify it the following day and I was very happy with the service. 3 months down the line I am still more than happy with the quality and standard of the work completed and would happily use their services another time

We ordered a beautiful front door and replacement window pane for our first home and had a great experience from measuring, design planning to fitting. All very efficient and we would use elephant again for sure

We had quotes from various local and regional countrywide companies but decided on Elephant after considering both quality and price and were not disappointed.The fitters had a minor problem on the day but was quickly rectified, the men were friendly and cleaned up methodically when finished. We are very happy with the windows and highly recommend Elephant.

As our conservatory was looking very tired, almost 20 years after Elephant Windows had originally installed it, we got them back to re-design and install an upgrade. Excellent communication with everyone involved. Very efficient and tidy installation team and speedy resolution to a couple of issues noticed when completed. Competitively priced. Just a pleasure to deal with this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Elephant, from the initial visit to measure and quote to installation. I’d highly recommend. Nice to support a local company. They fitted a replacement patio door, which was all done in a day, they tidied up afterwards. Great company I’ll use again when I get the rest of the windows replaced.

This is the second time we have used Elephant Windows. The first time over 20 years ago in a different property, so the fact they are still in business is testament to their success. The quality of the door and windows is sound and although we did experience an issue (due to manufacturing), the issue was sorted in an efficient, timely manner. The two fitters were polite and respectful and carried out the installation with care.

Fantastic bathroom window with openings top and bottom. Very polite and tidy fitters. Will use them in the future
