From the moment I contacted Elephant Plumbing, their responsiveness was impressive. They inspected the entirety of my home and performed a pressure test to determine the location of the leak. The communication throughout the process was excellent; they kept me informed at every step and patiently answered all my questions. The plumbers and excavation team arrived on time and were well-prepared for the complex task. The team was courteous and respectful of my property, ensuring that the work area was clean and tidy upon completion. In terms of pricing, Elephant Plumbing offered a fair and transparent rate for their services. Given the complexity of tunneling under the foundation, I expected a higher cost, but their pricing was extremely reasonable and competitive. Clay and his team did a great job installing our new water heater. He is extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. Roy was our technician, and he is phenomenal!
