We have had a great experience using Elephant in the Boardroom for their CRM cleansing services. Candace, Jeena, and Diana are extremely responsive and professional in their approach. Their communication is amazing, and they took the instructions and direction on board extremely well. As expected when implementing anything new, initially there will be a few teething issues, however, as soon as any small errors or issues were raised with the team, these were immediately rectified, and moving forward the tasks were completed correctly and to a very high standard.
