Not great - still waiting on a missing piece of outdoor furniture 5 months later with me chasing them. First it was en route; then stuck in Belgium now he needs a passport to go and get it. With little communication.

Avoid. They claim not to give refunds. But this is against Section 77 of the Consumer Trading Laws. Ella is pregnant/ has given birth etc etc Katya says she will call back. No calls. There are two Amelias/ Emelia. They all send emails from Ella's email address. And then claim not to know anything about what they have sent. We have been waiting on the pergola since July. They keep making us take days off, and then don't show up. 22 August was the first date they provided. No show. 30 August is the second date. We have not heard from them at all. Today they say it will be put back for another two weeks. But I had to call them to check if they were coming tomorrow. Due to repeated cancellations of delivery and installation of the product, we fear that the company is unable to fulfill the obligations they have received the money for. We therefore will initiate the process of claiming the money back from our credit card company. This is our only legal protection.

Be careful of this company, they provide false information, they waste your time. Cannot be trusted. Very bad experience

My review is based on my on-line shopping experience, rather than a visit to their shop. I cannot speak more highly on every count, Product, price, delivery and service. I ordered the Norfolk Leisure 3m Square Royce Executive Cantilever Parasol complete with 100kg Base. All for the great price of £499, including delivery. Due to the CDD-19 challenges, delivery was quoted at 7-10 working days and sure enough it arrived in 7 working days. The product is exactly as described, and arrived complete and free of all damage. The service along the way was faultless. A huge thanks to Ella. I would not hesitate to recommend, or to buy again. And I am very much looking forward to visiting the shop.

Ordered a corner set on a Friday and it was delivered within five days. Price was good too. I phoned them on the Monday to ensure they had my order and they were polite and obliging. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you Home Elements.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I visited twice to get all the information and pictures I wanted. I ordered my set on the Monday, it was delivered on the Wednesday! The delivery guys were great, they assembled it all and took the rubbish away. One small part was missing, but I received that in the post a few days later. Thank you.

Ordered two Kingston stools from there web site waited 2 months for delivery which was fine. When they turned up cushions a different colour to what the pictures on the website said waited 4 weeks to see if they would change them never got a reply eventually said I wanted a refund as waited so long. Again waited 5 weeks and told it would be sorted I said the stools needed picking up lady on the phone said don’t worry we will sort it out. No Surprise nothing happened. Rang again and said refund would be completed in 5 working days again nothing happened rang Tuesday or this week and told accounts would sort it out and after 3 months of trying to get this sorted they told me they would need the products back that now I have to pay for when they sent me the wrong product !! Absolutely at the end of my tether with this company. I have had to ring every single time to get a response. I have read there other reviews and it seams like customer service is not high on the agenda for a small family firm. All I want is my money back and there stools collecting Very frustrated customer

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited over 9 months for stock to arrive. Was finally told my order was now in stock and that I needed to pay the remaining 50% for delivery the following week. Paid the balance immediately over the phone. What a surprise no delivery the following week. Tried again for weeks to get hold of someone. Finally Nicki answered my call and agreed to refund my money. 2 months later still no refund. No one answers the phone and no one returns my email. I’ve been nothing but polite and patient with this company. All the excuses about Covid and big company destroying a small company - what a load of rubbish. These guys are just pure con-artists. My patience has now run out and I’m about to take this matter to my solicitor. If anyone else has a similar problem please get in touch. I have noticed this company’s adverts on TV. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before giving them my hard earned money. The only TV they should be on is Rogue Traders. Perhaps I should give them a call and take to social media. I understand it’s hard for small companies to succeed in this market, however, with the service I have received there is no excuse whatsoever. Thank you Elements for topping my list of worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Bought a parasol & was assured it was in stock & delivery would be 1-2 weeks. After a month of chasing they finally delivered the wrong one without the cover I’d purchased. The lady on their orders line was extremely polite & tried to help, but there has been no follow up from anyone within their customer service teams. A real shame as we loved the Bluewater store & left with a list of things to purchase later. Sadly we’ll now have to go to one of the big online retailers.
