I’ve been seeing Silas for treatment of my bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, and the improvement has been remarkable. My hand pain is now much more manageable, I no longer need to wear my splints as often and manage to sleep better at night. Silas took the time to understand my symptoms and tailored the treatments to what I needed. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and relief I’ve experienced. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with hand or wrist issues.

Cannot recommend Silas enough. I’ve suffered with chronic illness and pain for as long as I can remember and after finally having enough of having such limited mobility and very little useful support for the NHS I decided to have a review with Silas. The initial review was so insightful, and now a few months on I’ve been able to regularly attend a gym, my pain is significantly decreased and my stance finally feels stable. The change is significant and I’m so grateful for his support. And thanks to Silas I was able to get in my first mosh pit since my early teens!! Furthermore, such a kind and understanding guy. My little one attends with me and even when he’s fussy Silas is so patient and understanding! Childcare is my biggest issue when it comes to recieving treatment, so knowing it’s a safe and accepting environment to bring the toddler is a huge stress reliever! Genuinely cannot recommend enough!

I have seen both the chiropractor Silas and the massage therapist Rosie here for a couple of months and I have had very positive experiences from both of them! Would not hesitate to recommend them both if you are suffering with physical ailments and they both are very kind, very knowledgable and really put you at ease and so easy to get on with them!! Recently I was having problems with fluid buildup in my legs and Rosie did a fantastic job with a lymph drainage massage! Can't thank her enough for how much better/lighter they feel after one session and I will go back for regular maintenance now :) Thank you so much Silas and Rosie!

I started with Elemental Chiropractic a couple of months ago with lower back, hip and neck pain. Silas made the process of treatment easy and understandable with a wealth of knowledge. Having an effective tailored exercise and stretching plan along side clinic appointments I’m really feeling the benefits. The clinic is easy to find, at the top of Magdalen road, great for a post treatment coffee… , it has a relaxed calm environment and even has parking outside!! A 10/10 from me!!
