Exercise Corner: Thread the Needle 🤸♂️
Start on all fours in a comfortable position. Place the back of one hand between your opposite arm and thigh. Gently draw your belly button in towards your spine to engage your deep abdominal muscles. Slowly rotate your upper back as you glide your arm across your body, moving in a smooth and controlled way.
This exercise helps improve mobility in your spine and shoulders. It’s gentle, easy to do, and really safe for most people.
