Exercise Corner: Lumbar Flexion with Rotation Control 🤸♂️
Lie flat on your back and gently draw your tummy inwards to engage your deep abdominal muscles. Bend your hips to around 90 degrees and keep your knees together. Slowly rotate your spine from side to side, moving only a few inches and keeping the motion controlled.
This exercise helps strengthen your lower abdominal muscles and improve core control. It’s gentle, safe, and easy to do at home.
