Vitamin D!
Many people don't realise how common low Vitamin D levels are, here in the UK, once the darker months hit. Around 20% of us become deficient over winter, and around half of the population enters the season already below optimal levels.
Vitamin D plays a key role in muscular repair, bone health, immune function and overall wellbeing- all things we care deeply about when supporting you through movement, recovery and resilience.
As the daylight fades, it's worth being mindful of your intake. Good nutrition, sensible sun exposure where possible and appropriate supplementation (if needed) can make a real difference to how your body feels and functions through winter.
