Element Plumbing, Heating and Air

Regan and team were absolutely awesome in helping us get quickly set up with a new hot water heater, water softener and also installing plumbing and a sink for the garage. After doing a lot of research, we went with Element due to the excellent information and customer service from Regan and Joni (and everyone else we’ve talked to), and we are excited to have the membership to help us maintain our home better and more seamlessly than we’ve done in the past.

My husband and I had Regan and Jack come to our home for services. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. We needed both shower filters replaced because the hard water in our home had ruined them. Regan was so knowledgeable about the water in our area, and how harmful it is to our skin, body, home etc. She was able to explain things very well. We ended up getting a reverse osmosis system and a hybrid water softener/Home filtration system. We immediately felt the difference on our skin. Jack serviced our AC/heater unit. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. We ended up updating our much needed thermostat as well. He was so good at explaining and making sure we understood how to use it before he left. Both Jack and Regan We’re so helpful, and made us feel like important customers. Regan signed us up for the yearly membership so that we could get a discount on today and future services. We are so glad that we called Element for the services we received today.

I showed up for work on a Monday morning to find that one of our AC units had quit working. I called Element and they had a couple of technicians out to diagnose within the hour. They found two 18 year old units that were installed when the building was built. We discussed our options and within 1 week we had 2 brand new units installed and the office was a comfortable 70°. Drew, Jack and Jason were awesome! They were polite, professional and worked quickly. I will be using them for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs!

Drew was exceptional during a recent furnace tuneup. He explained all the looming issues with our 20+ year old HVAC system and pros/cons of a full system replacement vs replacing individual parts preemptively or as they fail. I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell and was a wealth of information about my equipment and it's current condition. He provided a thorough written description of issues and provided multiple estimates for full system replacement as well as part replacement. Would highly recommend this technician from Element.

Jack and Jason Smith did an outstanding job of replacing our old furnace to a new variable speed unit, at the same time they did a fantastic job in installing a new heatpump/AC unit. Pretty nice to see brother's work together and did it extremely efficient. The guys were very courteous to my wife and myself, as well as our home and our dogs! Highly recommend these guys anytime you need heating or air conditioning work done!

Element Plumbing was great to work with. Dustin, Anthony, and Jack came to my house to give me a bid to re-drain the entire house, and they were extremely detailed and thorough. They really went above and beyond to make sure the bid was accurate and that everything was clearly explained. They replaced all of my drain lines along with the branch lines and did an excellent job. They were very time-oriented, stuck to the schedule, and even worked late nights to keep things on track. They kept everything clean and organized and always wore booties when coming into the house, which I really appreciated. Super knowledgeable crew I highly recommend Element Plumbing.

I had a negative experience with this company - I posted an honest review, which prompted a call from the local manager. He took time to listen to my issue and we came to a reasonable conclusion. My issue was not with the service or workmanship - but with cost for same day exchange of a water heater. I am in property management, and with nearly 100 units under management, I am servicing or replacing water heaters on a regular basis. I don't mind paying for a same day service, and I expect to pay extra on a weekend, but the amount seemed outside of reasonable. The key take a way for this review is to let the consumer know that this company will take time to hear your concerns and they will respond to you. They were real people. Will I use them again - most likely, when my normal people are not available. I will not use them most likely for an emergency call, but I will work with them for planned plumbing needs. Their skills are good.

The staff at Element is Awesome!! Had them install a water softener. Had them come back and do furnace and A/C inspection. Drew came and was very friendly, helpful and explained everything to me. I definitely will call them again. AWESOME service !!!! ThanksDrew !!

These guys really care about their customers. My experience has been great. They are professional and reliable with quality workmanship, which I really appreciate. Drew was great to work with and even met me late hours after work and installed on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. I had my 20 year old system replaced. The new one is so quite and has tons of features that will make it very nice. I would highly recommend using these wonderful people.

Five star service for servicing our Reverse Osmosis system. We signed up for the service membership because it’s worth it! Dustin and Jack are true professionals and took the time to answer all of our questions!
