Element Plumbing, Heating and Air

Regan and team were absolutely awesome in helping us get quickly set up with a new hot water heater, water softener and also installing plumbing and a sink for the garage. After doing a lot of research, we went with Element due to the excellent information and customer service from Regan and Joni (and everyone else we’ve talked to), and we are excited to have the membership to help us maintain our home better and more seamlessly than we’ve done in the past.

I showed up for work on a Monday morning to find that one of our AC units had quit working. I called Element and they had a couple of technicians out to diagnose within the hour. They found two 18 year old units that were installed when the building was built. We discussed our options and within 1 week we had 2 brand new units installed and the office was a comfortable 70°. Drew, Jack and Jason were awesome! They were polite, professional and worked quickly. I will be using them for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs!

My husband and I had Regan and Jack come to our home for services. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. We needed both shower filters replaced because the hard water in our home had ruined them. Regan was so knowledgeable about the water in our area, and how harmful it is to our skin, body, home etc. She was able to explain things very well. We ended up getting a reverse osmosis system and a hybrid water softener/Home filtration system. We immediately felt the difference on our skin. Jack serviced our AC/heater unit. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. We ended up updating our much needed thermostat as well. He was so good at explaining and making sure we understood how to use it before he left. Both Jack and Regan We’re so helpful, and made us feel like important customers. Regan signed us up for the yearly membership so that we could get a discount on today and future services. We are so glad that we called Element for the services we received today.

Dustin was amazing. 🤩 He kept us updated on when he would arrive as he was delayed a bit. He even wore shoe covers which we really appreciated. We have a service plan with them and get free check-ups once a year on heating, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. He shared with us the culture of his company and how he treats his employees, to keep his good employees engaged. He told us what he would be checking and we talked about pros and cons of LED lights as well as how surge protectors work to prevent wear and tear on your whole home electrical systems and why we my want to consider that in the future. He helped us change a couple of motion sensor switches we wanted removed. Dustin inspired confidence in his company through his knowledge and engagement! A true professional to be sure! These guys really care about their customers. My experience has been great. They are professional and reliable with quality workmanship, which I really appreciate. Drew was great to work with and even met me late hours after work and installed on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. I had my 20 year old system replaced. The new one is so quite and has tons of features that will make it very nice. I would highly recommend using these wonderful people.

Five star service for servicing our Reverse Osmosis system. We signed up for the service membership because it’s worth it! Dustin and Jack are true professionals and took the time to answer all of our questions!

Jason and Anthony were awesome to work with! Jason came out and gave us a quote for getting an entire new AC/heat unit. He explained everything in great detail and answered every question we had. Jason and Anthony installed everything and had our new system up and running within 2 days of getting the quote. We will definitely be using Element for all of our HVAC needs.

Sadly, we had two issues within a 2 week period, but we were very fortunate to find Element to solve these problems! Our first extremely pleasant experience was when we called and spoke to Jenna. She was very positive and friendly and had the team of Jason and Drew at our house within an hour to find and repair a water leak. Because the broken pipe connected with our water main to the house, they spent hours cleaning out pipes, and getting clean water running to our house again. They were very friendly, pleasant and concerned about our wants and needs!! Ten days later, we had no hot water, and called Element again. Jenna again quickly sent us a team…this time Anthony and Trevor. We needed a new hot water heater, they had a new one delivered and installed within a few hours. Per our requests, they didn’t leave until they made sure our water was clean and running from all our taps. Their concern for customers was very evident as they put on shoe booties each time they came in our home. We would definitely recommend Element for your plumbing needs. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!!

Great job! They went the extra mile to make certain every detail was attended to properly. They did an amazing job and were fast. Within an hour of being called for the bid they arrived to assess the situation. The work was done the next day. I highly recommend this awesome team.

10/10 Recommendation for Element Plumbing, Heating and Air!! Regan Lelli has been our plumber for a while now and we wouldn't go with anyone else! She has come and fixed issues from our builder and anything else that has come up (broken toilets, leaking tubs, faucet issues, etc!) Today, she changed out our water system in the kitchen with this beauty. It's the tankless reverse osmosis water filtration system. SO much smaller than what we had before, we are already loving it! She also had to get down into our dark, damp crawl space to fix our leaking bathtub. We had no idea what a mess it was! SO grateful she got it handled before we had a moldy, destroyed foundation! We feel totally comfortable leaving her alone in our home, and love the fact that she's a quick phone call away the next time something comes up. Use Element plumbing and ask for Regan if ya can! You won't be disappointed! (Had to share a photo of me with the new RO system :D)
