Anatoly is timely in response, is very good at diagnosing and explaining the problem (in my case two of them with the fridge), his care and efficiency are evident, and he is tidy. AMAZING appliance repair service. I can’t say enough about what a great service he provided. I happened to be behind his vehicle and saw his phone number. My fridge was acting up so I called. He was prompt, knowledgeable, informative, walked me through each step and showed me the problems. What he didn’t know was that I was googling to verify what he was telling me was true. You can’t always trust people. I absolutely trust him and will hire him again should another appliance break. And AFFORDABLE. He went above and beyond! I can’t say enough good things about Anatoly!

My dryer was making a hideous noise. I called element repair in Monroe and Anatoly answered and was there within an hour. That’s unheard of! He came respectfully out his booties on not to dirty my floor, had the dryer apart within minutes and diagnosed the problem. Ordered parts and was there the next morning to install. Pricing I thought was very reasonable. Excellent 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Anatoly performed a service call on my oven. He diagnosed my problem but I needed to use my oven to verify the problem. Anatoly called me to follow up a few days later. His diagnosis was correct and he returned and installed the replacement part. He reduced my total bill by the amount of the original service call.
